About Us

WRAP Retrofit is a specialist multi-disiplinary consultancy, established to bring a dedicated, PAS 2035-compliant retrofit design and coordination service to housing providers, local authorities and developers across the UK. Founded by RIBA certified architects to support the growing movement towards sustainable housing, our background sets us apart from others, bringing our deeper understanding of building design and delivery to PAS-2035 certified services. 

We have been delivering retrofit projects for years under various guises, working alongside architects, assessors and contractors across residential, commercial and public sector programmes. WRAP Retrofit formalises that expertise under a structured, PAS-2035 certified framework, with ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management underpinning our approach. Crucially, our technical expertise is matched by a proven ability to engage residents effectively — ensuring complex programmes are delivered with trust, clear communication, and minimal disruption to the people at the heart of every project. 

Our approach is fabric-first by conviction. We focus on the building envelope such as insulation, airtightness, ventilation, before integrating systems. It’s a philosophy as much as a methodology: wrapping buildings in sustainable warmth, creating lasting comfort and lower carbon for the people who live and work in them.
