PAS 2035 DESIGN

As certified PAS 2035 Retrofit Designers, we take responsibility for developing technically sound, compliant, and buildable solutions that enhance the performance of existing homes. Our designs focus on:

  • Improving thermal comfort and reducing energy demand
  • Enhancing indoor air quality and ventilation
  • Preventing unintended consequences such as moisture risk and overheating
  • Supporting long-term durability and maintainability
  • Ensure planning and other statutory local requirements are considered

Successful retrofit is built on collaboration. We work closely with Retrofit Assessors and Retrofit Coordinators to create a seamless, end-to-end process, from initial assessment through to design, installation, and evaluation. By maintaining clear communication and alignment across all parties, we ensure that risks are effectively managed, designs are practical and deliverable, and outcomes meet both regulatory and client expectations.

Our role is to translate assessment data and project objectives into detailed, coordinated retrofit designs that integrate fabric improvements, building services, and ventilation strategies. This collaborative model ensures that every decision is informed, balanced, and tailored to the specific needs of the property and its residents.
